The Worst Exercise For Hockey Workouts

I tend to think that there are very few “bad” exercises for hockey training. But I think there is exercise equipment as really bad. Five years ago I worked in a sports training facility of 10,000 square meters with a track sprint, turf, Olympic lifts, power door beautiful – everything you could want or need.
