A major reason was the mental strength of the Canadian Mike Cammalleri.

Cammalleri has 12 goals in 14 playoff games with the Canadiens. The last player who did it for the Canadians was in 1993 – and that was after four rounds of the hockey playoffs.

Cammalleri And it has done in the second round.

Sweet.

One reason for this is the mental strength Cammalleri. It was surprisingly even keel through the playoffs. It is never too high or too low emotionally, no matter what. After a goal that Mark, Cammalleri recognizes his teammates with a brief hug, then again to the point.

It is a cliché in sports: “Always go back to zero.”

Sport you try to go up and down emotionally. … But you have to go to Ground Zero to be compatible. After the game, you can celebrate. During the game it is your right focus.

More Cammalleri uses the skills of the sport psychology view – big time. He goes on the ice, sitting on the bench, and uses his thoughts on guest program.

Want to Be Like Mike Be?

One of these secrets is how to make the extraordinary power of visualization or mental imagery available. Many gamers know the display is not properly qualified to carry out excellent hockey under pressure. They reap the benefits.

Your confidence will soar, start with mental images of the night before you sleep. Review the exercises you in practice or movements that you in your game, the youngest. Imagine your BEST movements on the screen of your mind.

First, the picture may be low. Or you may not be able to get a picture at all. Stay with him. Soon you will be able to feel what it is, a pass or shoot the puck to take.

Now you’re in business. You are able to program success by anticipating your next game.

What do you get?

Send in your mind. Try to see it.

Remember, when it comes to ice hockey is what you see is what you get.

While the psychology of sport it is important that the truth is that most athletes are crippling their mental strength. You are literally killing their own confidence and sport do not even know.

Here’s why: because they use sports psychology is incomplete … and if you do not know the missing pieces, you will not constantly under pressure to win, no matter how hard you try.

From now on, the rest of the playoffs, I will quote each of my “Hockey Week” for players who have won the Stanley Cup in the past or in the Stanley Cup Playoffs pay now.

leave for most of the playoffs this year’s Stanley Cup, Montreal Canadiens goalie Jaroslav Halak to his game speak for itself for him. Entry into the Eastern Conference Finals against the Philadelphia Flyers rookie goalie youth has numbers that are a little difficult to argue against bookable:

14 Games started, 2.63GAA, .927 Sv%

But after the opening 6-0 defeat on Sunday night against the Flyers, had Halak – explain to the rest of the Canadians, for that matter too – a lot. The good news is that Halak as calm and quiet to the press, as it is in the network. Ask any hockey player, and they will tell you that is what they want – a man between the pipes do not get washed out and will not be shaken after a loss. When asked to play the game, here is what to say Halak (and had our offer of the week hockey saddle)

“We have this problem in the first and second series of get-great players taken ahead of me in attack. It’s the playoffs. You want to like the game as good as us to win. We need a better job of boxing guys and we OK. I need to do a better job (see the puck too). “

Thus, it seems that the Canadians are in a game “and to ensure the puck can Halak (meaning, I believe) to see. It is interesting, however, that the references Halak other series in his offer and makes mention of light that these series is no different than the previous two. Personally, I allow myself to be distinguished. The Washington Capitals and Pittsburgh Penguins are the two teams about speed and finesse built. The Flyers have one speed, but what they lack in finesse (especially the loss of Jeff Carter), they have provided the relentless punishment games. They are a different animal than the hats and the penguins, and they will not hesitate in front of the net as easily as the other two teams.

This should be an interesting series, if only for the fans, I hope the Canadiens win. But Mr. Halak, you have to be a long struggle ahead, I with a whole bunch of Carcillo, Hartnell and asses in your face Asham plan. Prepare dirty.
